Web Design
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Page | January 2023
Goal: The Conservation Foundation is constantly working to improve Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. As Digital Marketing Specialist, I created a new webpage to highlight the different DEI efforts, resources and practices the organization uses.
Execution: I designed, built and published a DEI page, with a focus on making the organization’s diversity efforts spotlighted and referred to throughout the website.
Result: This page is now included in the main menu and is referenced throughout the website, displaying the DEI work and its importance. It has been viewed over 700 times.
DuPage County River Sweep | February 2023
Goal: The DuPage County River Sweep is an event hosted by The Conservation Foundation that involves thousands of volunteers each spring. As Digital Marketing Specialist, I attempted to streamline communications, event organization and registrations by building a new webpage for the event.
Execution: I designed, built and published a new page for the event to clearly explain how the event works, organize volunteer locations and thank sponsors, as well as gain registrations.
Result: The page has been viewed over 2,500 times, has led to clarity in how the event operates and increased registrations.
Q1 Productions About Page | January 2020
Goal: As Content Marketing Specialist for Q1 Productions, I found the website lacked a detailed explanation of all of the company’s events and qualifications as a resource for executive education. I designed a new “about us” page after a full internal re-branding.
Execution: I designed, built and published a new “about” page, which included taking all new photographs of the team and creating all new copy.
Result: This new page helped add creditability to the company and allowed future conference participants to put a face to the names of the people they communicated with.
